This section of the web site provides information and support tools that will help you in caring for or working with a person affected by FASD.
Sections specifically for parents, teachers, clinicians, and social service workers are provided. Each section includes practical interventions, links to more information, and downloadable documents. We have assembled the most reputable, up-to-date, useful “lifelines” to help you with your particular challenges.
This section of the web site also contains information about FASD in indigenous populations (such as Native Americans) and in international adoptions. The incidence of FASD in both of these arenas is a growing concern.
The Continuing Education area includes a knowledge assessment test of the content shared in the DVD FASD and Your Child: Cause, Effects and Interventions. If you are a foster parent, this program may qualify for continuing education credit in your area.
